Privacy policy
NAirRegistry consolidates U.S. FAA aircraft registry data into per-tail profile pages. This page explains what information we publish, how we collect site analytics, and how to ask for a record to be removed.
What we publish
Profile pages are built from public records — primarily the FAA Releasable Aircraft Database, NTSB CAROL, the FAA Airworthiness Directive library, and FAA Type Certificate Data Sheets. The FAA register includes individual owner names and addresses. Our policy on those fields is more conservative than the raw FAA feed:
- We do not publish per-individual-owner index pages.
- Individual owner names and addresses are redacted by default; reveal requires an explicit no-bot acknowledgement.
- Entity owners — limited liability companies, corporations, dealers, airlines, flight schools, government bodies — are shown without redaction.
Removal and corrections
Submit a removal or correction through our removal-request form. We respond within 14 calendar days.
Analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog collects standard browser fields (browser, screen size, anonymous identifier) and Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB, FCP). We do not buy advertising data; we do not share data with brokers; and we do not run third-party ad pixels.
Cookies
We use a small first-party cookie to maintain anonymous analytics identity. You can clear it from your browser settings. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If you join one of our soft waitlists (concierge, monitoring, pre-purchase reports), we store your email and the surface you signed up for. We send one email when the feature ships. You can unsubscribe with one click.
Children
NAirRegistry is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
